Registration & Application Forms
All applications must be downloaded, completed, and submitted to the ECN office along with proof of payment.

Financial & Administrative Forms

Accreditation & Foreign Qualification Evaluation
Applicants with qualifications from outside Namibia, or from institutions not known to the ECN, must provide the following documentation for assessment.
Required Documentation Checklist
- Certified copy of original qualification and English translation
- Full official academic record (transcripts)
- Curriculum details (entry requirements, study length, credit calculations)
- Detailed syllabus (topics covered, contact hours, pass rates)
- Final year project / thesis
